I checked the Costa Sands/Aloha Loyang. (On website.)
I went to check the Aranda Country Club one, but there's only the "Executive Suites" which is like $1000++. Although I doubt that is a chalet package. So can forget about it. If not, can someone help me check out the price and everything? Thank you.
And, this chalet is not during the SEPTEMBER HOLIDAYS, is during the NOVEMBER-DECEMBER HOLIDAYS. :D

For Costa Sands (Downtown East & Pasir Ris) 3D2N (End-Of-Year promotion package):
Deluxe room: 300 Nett.
Premier room: 270 Nett.
Duplex room: 330 Nett.
(I don't know what is the difference, or how big each room is, because they never show on the website, so sad right.)
So far, can only book for November 2008.
And, I don't know what is the difference between 'Costa Sands DTE' and 'Costa Sands Pasir Ris.'
Anyone who has details about it can please edit this post so as to let the whole class know of all the details, then we can vote.

I am very sure that MUCH MORE people can squeeze in for night use, as in, we can bring our sleeping bags or share beds.

So far on the website, there isn't any promotion package or anything related to end-of-year holidays, so cannot really judge according to the prices above, just a rough guess.

If not, if anyone who has like some membership thingy and can get at a lower price here, please post it up. (Save as much as we can.) And, I don't think we will be able to touch our class fund, or maybe can. (I hope.)

Therefore, for all 2/8ers, as soon as you see this, please make any changes to this post if you have extra details or if anything above is wrong. (Because I copy from the website one)
And, please tag at the tagboard whether you can stayover, or make it for the class chalet.
As for which day it's going to be held, we will see the total number of people going first then choose the date, if not it will be very troublesome to decide now. Majority wins.

Probably if you guys really want a chalet, the way to calculate will be..
People who not staying over:
-Dont have to pay for chalet price.
-Pay for food/games/everything else.

People who staying over:
-Price of chalet will be divided.
-Pay for food/games/everything else.

Actually it's a bit wrong/unfair to calculate it like this.
But I don't know any other way out, furthermore, I guess not everyone will be able to make it.
However please try to come (if there is one).
And there is sure to be some people who are not agreeable to the price.
So, yeah, we have to see who going first. Thus, I need to know the number asap.
Because if we don't book early, there won't be anymore vacancies, then no chalet :(
Settle this before the opening of term 4 yah?
